I kindly request that you provide atleast 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of 20% of the scheduled service to the card saved on file. If you fail to show up to your appointment without any notice, the appointment will be considered a “no-show”. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. I understand emergencies happen, so if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot provide the required notice, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your circumstances.
